A Power Conduit build for WvW roaming that goes all in on burst damage with traits, but still packs some sustain via its 2nd legend slot, which should either be Jalis or Razah.

Greatsword over Hammer - an equally viable option. Both of these offer good damage and a bit of defense. Hammer has better range and some extra CC but it's a slower weapon.
