Overview
A hybrid Celestial Thief build for WvW roaming. The gameplan is fairly basic: proc 
弹跳闪避 in 
火药喷射 for stealth, then follow up 
致命偷袭 - repeat until the target dies. Due to its simple playstyle it's also quite beginner friendly.

- You might still have some success with full Celestial Celestial stats, but against high sustain specs the damage might be too low, and most of the defensive stats aren't necessary anyways since you spend most of the fight avoiding attacks through blind/evasion/CC/stealth spam. Cele however is still useful for providing a base amount of survivability without sacrificing too many offensive stats.
