Overview
Condi Harbinger is a fast and mobile build that deals damage through 
折磨, 
流血, and 
燃烧. It also provides very high uptime of 
急速, 
激怒, and 
威能 to itself and nearby allies. It also has great CC capabilities through 
致命抽取, 
贪食跃冲 and 
恶毒爆冲.
The main downside is how squishy it is. 
先驱帷幕 does not replace your health bar unlike 
死亡之幕 or 
夺魂之幕. On top of that, you have reduced maximum health from your profesion mechanic 
黑暗门徒 accumulating Blight. This leaves you very vulnerable to burst damage, but you do have some healing over time from 
炼金活力 and can stay moderatly safe by fighting from range.

Weapon variants
Players with Weaponmaster Training with the Secrets of the Obscure expansion should use Scepter Scepter + Torch Torch in the second weapon set.
- Warhorn Warhorn can be used for some extra crowd control.

Heal skill
承诺试剂 provides both damage and healing. You can consider other options:
症状吞噬 provides slightly higher raw healing and is great vs. enemies that inflict conditions, but leaves you vulnerable to burst damage with the self-inflicted 
易伤.
Utility Skills
鲜血力量 is taken for damage and boon generation and should never be replaced. 
苦痛试剂 is taken to sustain 急速 and should never be replaced. 
风险试剂 provides boon generation but can be replaced by other alternatives:
恶疾肆虐 is amazing for AoE damage by spreading the conditions on your enemy to other nearby enemies, but useless in single target fights.
鬼灵影步 stun break and condition cleanse.
腐蚀毒云 - destroys projectiles.
瘟疫纹章 - amazing in fights with many conditions.
怨恨纹章 - single target damage.
Elite skill
勇气试剂 deals massive damage when cast above the Blight threshold.
召唤血肉魔像 - tanky CC buddy.
Specializations
寄生蔓延 can be taken for a nice boost to survivability at the cost of some condition damage.
Equipment
- Ascended gear and stat infusions are not required; you can use exotic gear with the same stats.
This build uses the standard raid gear, making it ideal for general PVE.
If you are gearing this character from zero, start with exotic quality gear. Search the trading post for "Viper's Abomination" weapons. Viper exotic armor is very expensive, so we recommend a budget alternative called Carrion (search the trading post for "Ogden" armor) until you can get Viper gear such as by farming Bladed armor or by acquiring ascended armor. - For relics you can also consider
阿奇姆古物 for AoE damage, or 
阴鬼古物 if you lack access to expansion relics. - Equip the highest tier Jade Bot Core you can afford. The extra vitality will also increase your boon duration due to
扭曲药剂. - You can consider using a few Ritualist Ritualist pieces if you're struggling to maintain permanent quickness.

Usage
Your 先驱帷幕 and Elixirs will accumulate Blight on you due to 黑暗门徒, reducing your maximum health, but also increasing your damage. This leaves you vulnerable to burst damage, but also provides some healing over time from 炼金活力.
Damage
The general idea is to swap between 先驱帷幕 and your weapon set to use all your damage skills. Open fights with Shroud, cast all skills except 致命抽取, then exit Shroud.

- Open fights with 先驱帷幕 using all skills except 致命抽取 which should be saved for crowd control.

- 勇气试剂 should only be used when above 10 Blight to massively increase its damage. Use your other Elixirs off cooldown.
- You can avoid a lot of damage by staying at range and skipping
吞噬切割 and 贪食跃冲. - Your Shroud auto attacks are much stronger than your weapon auto attacks, moreso thanks to
德姆火焰. - Transfer the self-inflicted conditions of 鲜血力量 with 致命虫群 or by entering Shroud to trigger 传播瘟疫.
Boons
You provide 急速 and 激怒 periodically while in 先驱帷幕, so don't delay it too much. 苦痛试剂 also provides quickness.
You probably will not be able to maintain permanent quickness if you don't have 
敏捷 from external sources and a high tier Jade Bot Core, which increases vitality and thus concentration due to 扭曲药剂. You can consider using one or two Ritualist Ritualist trinkets to help maintain quickness.
Survivability
- 承诺试剂 is your main source of healing, so use it whenever you need it. Make sure to throw it close to yourself to apply the stacks of Blight to yourself.
- You heal passively for every stack of Blight through 炼金活力, so try to have many stacks on you. If you want to maintain 20-25 stacks at the cost of some damage, skip 吞噬切割 and 贪食跃冲 because they are the main sources of Blight consumption.
