Overview
With the shortest Shroud 4 cooldown on Necromancer, Harbinger can get more use out of
鲜血输送 than other builds. Between this and
生命仪式, it has perhaps the strongest res potential in the game.
In addition to decent CC, it provides 20
威能, 25
易伤 and permanent
激怒,
急速 and
再生.
Unfortunately, as it doesn't provide permanent
保护 or much in the way of utility boons (mostly limited to
勇气试剂), the build is mostly a novelty.
Secrets of the Obscure added a number of potent healing weapons that significantly increased the gap between this build and the weakest "meta" healers. As such, it has been given the Basic rating.

- While not generally recommended, Plaguedoctor stats Plaguedoctor stats can be taken for higher DPS at the cost of Healing Power and boon duration. Take
脓毒腐化 if doing so and consider adjusting other aspects of the build for boon duration and healing.

Standard Rotation
The primary goals here are to share
急速 and heal, so stay in

贪食跃冲 to heal (and port downed allies to you). Aim to start and end each loop with
贪食跃冲, as the ticking healing from
鲜血输送 should last almost until
先驱帷幕 is ready again.
When out of
先驱帷幕, use utility skills off cooldown.
