Overview
A strong Condition Damage Condition Damage build for Willbender Willbender in Open World. This build has absurdly high mobility and burst damage with great sustained damage.

Weapon Variants
- Dual Pistols Dual Pistols - can be used in place of sword or scepter for higher damage at a loss of ranged versatility.
- Greatsword Greatsword - can be used in place of sword or scepter for much higher burst at a loss of ranged versatility.

Ascended gear is not required. You can use exotic gear with the same stats instead.
Standard Equipment
If you are gearing this character from zero, start with exotic quality gear. Search the trading post for "Viper's Abomination" weapons. Viper exotic armor is very expensive, so we recommend a budget alternative called Carrion (search the trading post for "Shiro" armor) until you can get Viper/Grieving gear such as by farming Bladed armor or by acquiring ascended armor. - Be sure to equip the highest tier jade core you can.
