Key Concepts
This build relies on stacking Damage buffs from several sources:
It then takes advantage of these buffs through weapon skills and Auto Attack Chains. Your Auto Attacks are ultra-fast thanks to

Step One
Start by using all your signet skills:
These are preliminary to the rest of the rotation. You can take your time activating each one, as the buff from 
纹章专精 lasts quite a long time.
Start combat with 
飞踢 and follow up with Auto Attacks.
Use 飞踢 again after the Cooldown is halfway done, or as soon as you have a new Charge if you run out.
Step Two
Activate 
盛怒纹章 whenever available to refresh your 纹章专精 buff.
For this step you should add in the following skills:
干扰戳刺 adds a stack of 
洞察袭击, but is a priority skill. Beware not to interrupt other skill casts with it.
突破打击 grants 
狂战之力 and applies 
武者束缚 to your target. This is a substantial Damage buff, so it is one of your most important skills.
Be sure to use these skills as often as possible, and continue with 飞踢 and Auto Attacks in between.
Step Three
Now we'll add in a skill combo:
You can follow this up with aforementioned weapon skills to take advantage of the extra damage buffs from this combo.
As the Cooldowns are on the longer side, you do not need to worry about casting these skills outside of this combo.
