Feel free to run the same equipment as the raid build for Condition Firebrand and the following traits if you already have Quickness covered.
Scepter can be taken instead of Pistol main hand and the Sword off hand slot can be left empty if you do not have access to Secrets of the Obscure (SotO).
- Scepter gives you access to Ranged Damage.

Generate Quickness by:

Use 
正义圣书 skills whenever you have five Pages until you have 1-2 Pages. Gain Pages passively or by:
- Using three skills in the same tome grants one Page via
敏捷学者 - Using the final Charge of a mantra grants two Pages via
沉言重词.
Firebrand mantras automatically Recharge in and out of combat. With the exception of 慰藉咒语 (which is used to proc 解放之誓 every seven seconds), you can use the final Charge of mantras whenever you like.
Dealing Damage
Use 潜能咒语 and "怒气冲天！" at the start of combat so you begin with plenty of boons.
Use 正义圣书 → Chapter 2: Igniting Burst off Cooldown.
Rotate between 正义圣书 and Pistol & Torch.
Follow this priority on 正义圣书:
- Chapter 4: Scorched Aftermath
- Chapter 2: Igniting Burst
- Epilogue: Ashes of the Just
Follow this priority on Pistol/Torch:
Once all your skills are on Cooldown, swap to Axe & Sword:
Use 仁慈干涉 and 
突进猛击 for mobility.

Defense
Stand in your 净化火焰 to Remove Conditions every second.
You can gain boons from a few sources:
- Protection and Resolution with 慰藉咒语.
- Aegis with the "前进！" and final charge of 慰藉咒语 .
- Aegis, Stability, Protection, and Toughness with
勇气圣书 → Epilogue: Unbroken Lines.
You also have a lot of utility within your Tomes:
- Stun Break yourself and grant Resistance with 勇气圣书 → Chapter 4: Stalward Stand.
- Reflect Projectiles with 勇气圣书 → Chapter 3: Valiant Bulwark.
- Remove Conditions by using
决心圣书 (via 
纯粹决心), Chapter 2: Radiant Recovery, and/or Epilogue: Eternal Oasis.
