闪电反射 provides a backwards Evade and Stun Break
和风疾行 for Quickness, Superspeed and a Stun Break
磐石纹章 provides Invulnerability to Strike Damage but not Condition Damage. Also applies to your Pet.

寻路者古物 provides increased Movement Speed and Superspeed when entering combat.
巫师塔古物 grants your elite skill an additional Pull and Reflect.

Key Concepts
Merge with your Pet by using 
野兽形态. This will improve the following skills:
致残射击 causes you to inflict additional Bleeding
双重弧光 causes you to inflict additional Poison- "同心治疗！" will copy your boons to yourself thereby increasing their duration and doubling their stacks.
You gain an Attribute Bonus dependin gon your Pet's archetype. On Condition Damage builds, you want to merge with a Deadly archetype for the +150 Condition Damage and +100 Precision.
Inflict Bleeding by dealing Critical Hits. Attack from the sides or back, or against defiant foes to trigger 
捕猎战术 and Weapon Swap frequently to maintain Fury and Swiftness.
Your Short Bow skills are also improved when attacking from the sides or back, or against defiant foes:
Dealing Damage
灵巧作战 enhances your Short Bow skills by reducing their Recharge and causing them to Pierce.
Dodging, 
腾挪速射 and 
追猎之击 will grant you an additional 灵巧作战 buff which increases your Damage and Condition Duration.
You can use 
锋开磨砺, 致残射击 and 双重弧光 before engaging to increase burst. After that, you should use 锋开磨砺 off Cooldown.
独狼之力 provides you with a solid DPS increase. As you are running 群体领袖, you should try to use it with allies around but don't wait too long.
Use your Short Bow skills off Cooldown with the following priority:
震荡射击 will trigger 狂暴双体 which will help to increase your Damage.
Use your Dagger skills off Cooldown with the following priority:
直觉交战 has a few functions. It's a movement skill, it inflicts Slow and it gives you Quickness. That seems like the perfect cat and mouse skill.
Use 陆行鸟姿态 before using "同心治疗！" and 
秃鹰姿态. This will extend the duration of any boons gained.

Make sure to maintain Protection in order to benefit from

- You can get Protection by Dodging via
同伴之御.
Remember that 腾挪速射 provides you with a 0.5 second Evade. You have another Evade on your Dagger via 追猎之击.
