轻快节奏 can be changed to 
狂热节奏 to grant Alacrity to yourself and nearby allies when using Chant. This comes at a significant DPS loss.

Key Concepts
Paragon uses Burst Skills to build Motivation which is used to fuel Chant.
Chant have an initial effect and a follow up effect called Refrains that consume Motivation to pulse boons and healing to nearby allies. Motivation level increases the effectiveness of Refrains.
Defense Paragon offers a lot of survivability with passive healing over time due to 
怒气恢复 and has access to an abundance of Block and Stability. It excels at soloing stronger enemies compared to DPS Paragon.
Dealing Damage
Before starting a fight, use 治疗纹章, 
盛怒纹章 and 
怒气纹章 to gain extra Ferocity with

Use the following skill combos to deal damage:

Fill any gaps with Auto Attack Chain.

康复吟唱 grants Barrier, Heal and Vigor.
自由吟唱 is a Stun Break and grants Stability, Resolution and Protection.
怒气恢复 heals you over time after using a Burst. This combined with

公牛冲锋 evades attacks during the animation.
