Elementalist relies on high Damage from 
火焰协调 skills to secure kills while using other Attunements to Crowd Control, deal a little less Damage or Heal yourself.
This build runs a full set of defensive utilities to cover it's low Health pool.
It gains access to 
元素雕文 which will summon either an offensive or defensive elemental depending on your current Attunement:
Dealing Damage
Every Attunement except for 
流水协调 offers high damage skills. Feel free to rotation between them all using the combos discussed below.
Use 
空气协调 or 
大地协调 to gain access Crowd Control skills which will help you land your high Damage skills in 火焰协调.

Once in 火焰协调 you will want to use those skills as quickly as possible in this order:
If you decide to use 
元素雕文 in 火焰协调, it will summon a powerful fire elemental and its second activation will use 
烈焰轰炸. This provides a high Damage ticking AoE.
You can use 
秘法护盾 to cover your burst and if broken by three hits it will also deal significant Damage.
Defense
Almost all of your sustain comes from 流水协调:
冰霜光环 → 
逆向转化冰霜 will Heal and Cleanse two conditions from you.
冰封爆裂 also gives 冰霜光环 which can be used for 逆向转化冰霜
净化水波 is a Heal and Condition Removal which can also be used to help other allies.
冰锥喷射 has slight Healing which should only be used if out of Cooldowns.
秘法绚爆 should always be used inside a Combo Field such as 冰封爆裂 or 
炙火之环.
风驰电掣 is your main mobility skill but keep in mind that it isn't a Stun Break.
