Fresh Air Weaver plays just like any 
清新气流 Elementalist build. Using critical strikes to reset Air Attunement cooldown.
It is a very intense and squishy class. The way to stay alive is to not take damage by having precise Evade and good kiting. Most of the damage comes Weaver duel skills and swapping into Air Attunement.

First let's on the dual skills. Two of them are extremely important to secure skills while the others can be used as filler to deal cheap damage or control your target.

等离子束 is your best damage skill. It's amazing to use on a controled target, so pair it with 大地同步 or 
狂风涌流 for maximal value.

巨龙之牙 will deal damage after some delay. It's easy for your opponents to predict and dodge it. Use that to catch them offguard right after their dodge.
浴火凤凰 is AoE, unblockable and high damage, it's quite important to land if you're looking for a quick kill. It recquires you to double attune into Fire Attunement but is very important to use as much as possible.
火焰护盾 -> 
逆向转化火焰 will give you 5 Might and as such should be used when in a safe position.
关于“与大地协调”，
- The best way to use
投掷岩石 is to precast it before a fight and use 投掷岩石 to burst while swapping to Air Attunement. Recasting 投掷岩石 during a fight is still really good thanks to the Barrier and Resistance.
关于“与水协调”，
寒冰碎石 is a really small aoe of high damage.
寒冰叉戟 is one of your highest damage ability if your target is Chilled from 寒冰碎石 or 
刺骨寒风. It does recquire you to double attune into Water Attunement.
寒冰彗星, a ranged AoE Daze.
Your elite, 
自我编织, is best used in Air Attunement for damage bonus and movement speed. Rotating through all four attunments while it's up will give you access to 
胜券在握, a powerful AoE Float which sadly is cast around your character. Using 胜券在握 is risky but can lead to amazing results
It is extremely important to swap back into Air Attunement as much as possible, for both damage and mobility.
