Key Concept
Support Evoker uses 
魔宠专注 and Relic_of_Karakosa to Heal allies.
Similar to Support Tempest it uses Staff which gives it strong AoE CCs.
Gamestart
5 seconds before the gates open you should apply Swiftness on your entire team.
Healing
The new mechanic of Evoker is your F5 key 
溅射冲击. It charges up when you use weapon skills and should be used as soon as available. Every 3 uses it will turn into 
洪水倾泻, a huge AoE Heal and CC.
水獭怜悯, a new skill from Evoker, also increases your outgoing healing and should be used for burst healing.
On Staff, 
间歇温泉 will Heal in AoE and 
治疗之雨 will cleanse conditions and will Heal for each condition cleansed.
Blasting fields is another good source of healing. Use 
寒冰尖刺 and 
大地喷发 as blast finisher. The best fields to blast are 间歇温泉, 
寒冰禁地 and 治疗之雨. 
熔岩喷泉 and 
静电力场 are your other options.
You should use 
逆向转化大地 to trade your Magnetic Aura for Stability. Your other sources of Stability are swapping to Earth Attunement or using 
蟾蜍坚韧.
流水复元 will resurrect a downed ally. It has a different effect based on your current attunment. Prioritize using it in Water Attunement for a full heal on the ally or Air Attunement to teleport them to you.
元素队列 will CC wherever its used and also use 洪水倾泻. Use it on an ally being focused to get maximum value out of it.
Defense
Remember that all of your Staff abilities are ranged so you can stay out of the melee during teamfights.
Most of your defense will come from the healing you usually use for allies. Your Stability usage is very important as this build only uses 1 Stun Break : 水獭怜悯.
蟾蜍坚韧 is a short Block on top of the Stability it provides.
Swapping to Earth Attunement will give you some Barrier and 
磐石之心. 磐石之心 is quite short but can completely deny a power burst.
复苏回春 is a huge self heal also providing Aegis.
