Key concepts
Snap to ground target
Having snap to ground target enabled in the settings, or using it as a keybind will allow you to take target on your enemy, and using your shortbow skills on them without having line of sight. If you don't have a target, the skills will land on your cursor. REMEMBER to turn it off if you play a different build as it is only used on this build.
Power Holosmith is a high damaging build while being quite hard to kill and using some passive sources of small healing.
Photon Forge replaces your f5 skill, it grants you a set of 5 skills and you manage the Forge with heat,using Forge skills will increase your heat and going over a 100 heat will overheat you and lock you out of using it.
Dealing Damage
Dealing damage on this Power Holosmith build is quite simple. Almost all of your skills are used for damage, or setting up to hit your damage.
Using your dodge will grant you 
爆破进击 which will give you an additional hit after your dodge, it deals significant damage.
All of your weapon set skills should be aimed at your foe. Using a shortbow skill grants Chain Reaction, which will cause your next shortbow skill to have additional effects. This does not trigger from autoattacks.
流沙精华 grants additional might.
影流精华 removes additional conditions.
液怒精华 grants additional protection.
苟且精华 causes your next shortbow skill to daze.
In Photon Forge you should use 
电晕爆炸 off cooldown, 
全息跳跃 is used mostly for movement but deals significant damage. 
光子闪击 does a lot of damage and can be used from range, most of the time you will be autoattacking in forge if your other skills are on cooldown. 
全息震波 is a short evade that locks you in your place, also crowd-controls the enemy if hit.
闪光弹 deals huge damage but can also be used to reveal nearby enemies from Stealths.
光子墙 is primarily used for its block, but the 2nd cast of it shoots out 3 projectiles which deal damage if used above 50 heat. Under 50 heat it shoots out a single projectile.
巅峰射线 is an unblockable knockback, and it has quite low cooldown. Leaves behind a field that deals ticking damage if used above 50 heat.
粒子加速器 should be used off cooldown, paired with 
静电释放 they deal great damage.
漏油跑鞋 is an extremely powerful tool against enemies chasing you. Can also be used to set up damage.
Defense
Using 全息跳跃 grants Superspeed and removes movement-impairing conditions due to 
水晶形态：和风, this is a great movement tool due to it's short cooldown.
超然爆发 grants health regeneration based on hitting your enemy with an explosive. 
冲击护盾 grants you barrier every time you hit an enemy with 爆破进击. This is further enhanced by having permanent uptime of Vigor and 
激素植入, you will be dodging a lot. Everytime you dodge while having heat causes you to lose some of the heat you've built up, causing 
热量疗法 to give you a significant heal.
冷却爆破 will grant you additional passive healing for 4s if used above 50 heat.
You have a lot of condition cleanses, using a toolbelt skill will cleanse a condition. 
烧灼自愈 will cleanse 6 conditions above 50 heat. 
实用护镜 cleanses and stunbreaks you while also granting you some Resistance and Protection. Your second stunbreak is 
奔驰疾速 and grants you superspeed. Deactivating Photon Forge converts up to 2 conditions to boons if above 50 heat.
光子墙 is a short frontal cone block, enemies can still hit you if they're behind you.
