Key Concepts
Bunker Luminary is a new extremely resistant duelist. It will not search to win duels by killing but by slowing grinding capture and being impossible to kill. Luminary brings amazing sustain and blocks Block usual guardian lacks to stay alive so long.
You have access to an entire new weaponset with

Getting the node
On this build we won't heavily focus on damage. You do have some pressure as any build needs under the form of AoE. You should spam those off cooldown on the node to pressure whoever you're dueling.
惩戒符印, 
信仰符印 and 
夜光法杖 are to be used as soon as available. On top of the light pressure they apply they Heal you aslong as you stay inside of them. 
裁决光束 is to be used similarly.
Your main way to get a node is to Knockback with 
吸收护盾 and following up with 
光芒锁链 for Immobilize. Repeat that combo off cooldown aslong as the node isn't fully yours. Once it is, hold it to recap in case anything bad happens.
Defense
Most of your skills are defensive. As such we will focus on the strongest and newest ones.
Inside of 进入光辉熔炉 we will focus on using 2 abilities.
- 夜光法杖 mentioned earlier is a good source of healing, damage reduction and slight pressure. Its second part
复苏微光 will burst healing and condition cleanse. 
光辉壁垒, a 2 second long Block. Amazing to use when your opponent all in or when getting outnumbered. It turns into 
光耀劈砍 which will daze enemies hit.
Let's take a look into our new utility skills :
忠诚姿态 is a Stun Break and huge damage reduction. Generally better used when outnumbered.
辉耀姿态 should be used offcooldown. Some damage, Daze, Barrier, Protection and Blind. What more could you possibly need.
英勇姿态 can be a little tricky to use. It gives Stability but doesn't Stun Break and then will heal you (and your allies) for each boons you apply. Symbols pulse boons on top of everything else so it's even more important to stand inside of them during this.
Lastly our core utilities 
庇护治疗 and 
专注复苏 are quite straight forward. It is worth nothing 庇护治疗 should be used rather early as it heals for a low amount and is mostly here for the 2 second long Block. 专注复苏 is great but will stop you from capturing the node.
