Power Dragonhunter is a squishy build but deals extreme damage, it relies on Aegis and Blocks for it's survivability.
You gain access to Traps which you place down and enemies have to walk into them for them to trigger.
Dealing Damage
Dealing damage as Power Dragonhunter is very streamlined into your bread and butter combo of -> . You want to always hit your on a foe to significantly increase damage dealt. During your burst you should always have Resolution this will grant you extra critical hit chance due to

狂徒防御 deals great damage while blocking projectiles. 
裁决盾击 deals damage while providing Aegis and Protection to allies.
You should try to Pull and Knockback enemies over the edge of

偏转射击 and 
吸收护盾. This deals significant damage to foes and can lead to a fast kill.
利刃狂舞 should be used on a node or when enemies are stuck inside the knockback ring 猎人结界 creates. Alternatively you can use 猎人裁决 to Pull enemies inside of the trap.
Defense
You gain Aegis everytime you place a trap down due to running 
猎人感应. Other Aegis sources are: 裁决盾击 and some passive generation from 
勇气之盾.
净化陷阱 doesn't initially heal for much, but once an enemy walks into it, it will grant you a burst of healing. Grants Regeneration.
决心之翼 has passive healing, but when used heals you and allies where you land. Also cleanses conditions, removes immobilize and grants Regeneration.
勇气之盾 is a frontal cone block, enemies behind you can still hit you. Grants Protection.
You only have 1 stunbreak which is 纯净沉思, it also converts all conditions on you to boons. Use wisely.
吸收护盾 -> 
吸收护盾 for a small but quick heal to nearby allies.
专注复苏 is a strong elite making you invulnerable to all damage for 3 seconds and recharging all of your virtues.
