Key Concepts
Valkyrie Luminary is a brawler, it enjoys staying in melee as much as possible. It shines in dueling but is also a great teamfighter and roamer. It's a jack of all trades.
It relies on getting a lot of boons very frequently, such as Resolution and Protection, to heal itself and stack high amounts of Might.
Damage
Luminary spends all of its time dealing damage, therefore you will need a good knowledge of your abilities to rotate them correctly in any situation.
Always make sure you have Resolution. It is easiest generated by pressing a virtue skill or Focus skill.
With Radiant Forge you gain access to 4 radiant weapons. For damage we are looking at using 
晕眩巨锤 and 
闪光利刃. Your 
耀眼爆发 changes effect depending on which radiant weapon you last used. You always want to use the flip skills in Radiant Forge.
Using a Luminary Virtue causes the next radiant weapon you use in Radiant Forge to have increased or new effects depending on the virtue you use. 
光耀正义 empowers your hammer, meanwhile 
光耀勇气 empowers both your sword and shield.
辉耀姿态 is an amazing skill granting you Light Aura, Barrier and Protection. Once you reach max stacks on it, similar to 
愤怒护盾 you explode dealing great AoE damage.
Due to using 
光明君主 you can Detonate your Light Auras using Radiant Forge weapons, stances or your Luminary Virtues. Dealing significant damage while also healing your allies. Your Light Aura sources are: 
决心姿态, 辉耀姿态, 光耀正义 ,
光耀决心, 
光辉壁垒, 晕眩巨锤 and using 
信仰之跃 through a light field.
Both Spear and Sword/Focus weaponsets give you access to mobility, damage and defensive options.
First things first, you are using abilities as much as you can but do not underestimate your autoattacks, especially weaving some in between said abilities.
日光奔袭 a simple and small dash in a direction, it deals good damage but mostly triggers Illuminated if it hits any target. Illuminated will empower your next spear skill.
闪耀圆转 is the skill you want to use when Illuminated is up. Aoe damage, Blind, Might and Fury.
太阳风暴, strong aoe which will also heal and cleanse allies. Make sure to use it on enemies to force them to fight you inside of it.
光照符印, the cc of this weapon. It is good paired with 
裁决干涉 for an instant cc. It will also give you Illuminated aslong as you stand inside of it. This is good to pick up kills or chase but shouldn't be used to first engage a fight.
利刃符印, a simple shadowstep paid with a symbol. It is very good to use onto any enemy damage dealer as the Blind it applies stops them from trading back easily.
狂徒防御, it blocks projectile but mostly is used for damage when you're a bit too far to autoattack.
裁决光束, similar to 太阳风暴. Use it on your target right before porting in with 利刃符印.
If using 光照符印 while already under the effect of Illuminated all of your next skills will be Illuminated even if you're out of 光照符印.
Defense
Similar to a lot of roamers all of your mobility can also be used defensively to get out of a fight or kite.
Thanks to its traits Valkyrie Luminary is extremely durable in fights and gets healed by almost anything it does. Having access to a lot of Protection, Luminary's Blessing and some minor Heals from detonating Light Auras.
愤怒护盾 can be used for damage before teleporting but is also 3 blocks. It is insta cast and therefore can also be cast while CCed.
光耀决心 is an instant cast Heal and self Condition Removal. It also empowers your staff in Radiant Forge. This is the source of your healing for radiant weapons.
决心姿态 is your burst Healing skill, causing Condition Removal to Heal you for a short while.
裁决纹章, your only purely defensive stunbreak but don't be scared of using it often. It has a very low cooldown. 光耀勇气 makes 光辉壁垒 a stunbreak due to it being empowered by the virtue.
专注复苏. Invulnerable and resets your virtues cooldowns.
