Key Concepts
Despite recent nerfs Power Mirage is still a force to be reckoned with when it comes to roaming in PvP.
Utilizing the latest addition to the weapon roster, Spear, it is capable of delivering game winning oneshots while being extremely durable thanks to Shield and Mirage inherant mobility.
沙丘遮隐 is at the very core of this build gameplay. Giving you access to even more shatters and ambushes than usual Mirage.
Damage
Mirage main damage will always come from 2 key abilities and a bunch of damage modifiers mostly linked to CC and shatters.
碎裂之镜 You can trigger 碎裂之镜 by either dodging or using any shatter with 3 clones because of 沙丘遮隐.-

Stacking damage modifiers is the other very important part of dealing damage. 
强力封锁 is the easiest way to get free extra damage, it will apply up to 8 stacks of Vulnerability and trigger 
力量阻隔 if you interrupt a skill with it. It is usually best used during a burst sequence.
You can use 
幻象前进, 
幻象戳刺 or even 
闪光传送 to get in range before starting this burst.

碎裂之镜
Outside of this burst you should play around 碎裂之镜 and CCs to deal damage. 沙丘遮隐 is key to using it while keeping at least 1 dodge up for survivability.
间隙危机 is the best way to spawn a clone, but not the only one. Using a dodge will summon a clone, so will 远行 and 幻象前进 if you already have at least 1 clone alive. Once at 3 clones use a shatter skill. Ideally 心灵粉碎 but if it isn't up 
误导 and 
挫败之吼 will do just fine.
Clones
One of the hardest part of Power Mirage is how fast paced it is. 沙丘遮隐 makes it that you have to be able to create and shatter 3 clones in record time.
Defense
失真 is your best survivability. If you expect damage to come your way, make sure to spawn clones the same we did for damage so it makes 失真 longer.
恍惚狂热 is the same duration as a dodge but will lock in you place. Be very careful when using it into Elementalist as hitting into Shocking Aura will cancel it and stun you.
回忆幻像 will let you use it a 2nd time if you block at least 1 hit.
Using your mobility is also a key element of staying alive. Quickly untargetting to use 幻象戳刺 is key to good fight mobility. 闪光传送 and its tiny sibling 远行 are your better mobility skills because they're instant !
Class Specifics
A key element of mesmer is the boonrips tied to the Domination Trait Line. Every shatter hit (even from your clones) will remove a boon from any target hit by it. It makes your bursts more devastating and can be utilized to strip important boons such as Stability. You should abuse such boonrip to interrupt abilities with 强力封锁 or 误导.
