Key Concepts
Support Chronomancer revolves around Rifle providing strong heals and great utility. It applies a variety of boons with Shatters, they also heal and cleanse you and your allies. The build also uses Spear to help your allies by crowd-controlling your enemies.
时空裂缝 is your most important ability. Aim to use as many skills during it's duration as possible.
During 时空裂缝 your most important abilities to cast are: 
时间扭曲, 
失真 and 
恢复咒语 to reset it's cooldown.
Healing
Most of your healing comes from Rifle and 恢复咒语, your Shatters also provide significant healing.
恢复咒语 can be used to burst heal allies, due to 
咒语回复 and 
群聚古物 it's a massive heal to your allies.
Reactivating 
鼓舞成像 -> 
成像分离 grants a large burst of healing and it should always be reactivated.
跋山涉水 should be used off cooldown, it heals allies in the area of impact.
奇点射击 grants Barrier and Resistance, it can be reactivated to open a portal for an ally. Pairing the portal with 
闪光传送 can save an ally from a sticky position.
虚无力场 can be used to cleanse conditions from allies, but can also be used to remove boons from the enemies.
分裂时间 can be used off cooldown, 
回归原位 you should use it when you have atleast 2 clones up to grant more protection to your allies. All of your Shatters cleanse a condition, and heal for increased amounts depending how many clones you shatter.
幻象纹章 most important use is to reduce the cooldown of your 失真.
