Key Concepts
Power Harbinger is an interesting high burst duelist, basing its sustain on Spear lifesteal, which happens to also be our main burst, and the newly reworked Transfusion.
As any Necromancer this is very susceptible to cc chains and oneshots but a skilled player will always make it shine !
Damage
The key to getting kills is 
千疮百孔 with soul shards
As such, the burst goes
It is good to know that 
与世隔绝 will reset 千疮百孔 and exiting 
先驱帷幕 will reset 与世隔绝. So you can use 千疮百孔 multiple times in short frame of time. That said it is much better when used with high soul shards count.
The other way to deal damage is through 先驱帷幕. It will give you access to permanent Quickness.
黑暗弹幕 hits decently hard but is better used in melee to ensure every hit. It will corrupt 2 boons from any target hit which can prove gamebreaking in some fights.
吞噬切割 is best used once at 5 or more Blight which builds up by staying in shroud or by using elixirs on yourself.
贪食跃冲 is similar but adds a Daze which means you should use it carefuly with your last shroud skill.
致命抽取, extremely strong gravity well with a small radius.
Staff has passive pressure through its marks. Only 
夺魂印记 is really important to our damage since using it before doing spear burst makes it a lot more reliable thanks to Stability and Fear.
悲痛欲绝 will not reset the cooldown of 千疮百孔 while 千疮百孔 is still casting. Cast another skill between using 千疮百孔 and 悲痛欲绝
Defense
Staff is your main source of active sustain. During duels you will be wanting to hit both yourself and your opponent with each skill. These are exactly the size of a normal node.
鲜血印记 is best used off cd.
Blast 
凛冬印记 with 
腐烂印记 in power matchups but hold 腐烂印记 in condi matchups
Every elixir skill you use will grant you Protection.
先驱帷幕 will provide a short duration -50% damage reduction and Stability. It will also proc 
衰弱帷幕 around you.
You can use 贪食跃冲 for mobility aswell as a short evade frame 贪食跃冲.
鬼灵影步 is your main Stun Break, even giving you the option to teleport back to where you first pressed it.
福佑试剂 simple but efficient condi cleanse.
