Key Concepts
Condition Herald is a sturdy condition spec, focusing on Torment to pressure opponents.
It gains access to amazing boon uptime with 
传奇巨龙姿态. 
传奇恶魔姿态 brings great damage and crowd control.
Damage
Herald focuses on being melee to hit 
唤醒折磨, which will apply Burning, Torment and Poison, and 恶魔召唤/巨龙召唤.
The rest of your damage comes from a mix of crowd control and simple abilities but note everything you do is AoE.
On Mace always use 
灼热裂痕 before 
回荡喷发 to generate some Might.
On Spear we get access to a small AoE: 
深渊毁灭. Every other skill we use on Spear will lower 深渊毁灭 cooldown.
深渊原力 is a simple damage ability you can use off cooldown.
深渊突袭 will Evade in the direction you choose. It has some damage potential but should mostly be used defensively or for mobility.
深渊霹雳 is by far your best skill. It does Pull, Poison, Chilled, Torment and Burning.
On 传奇恶魔姿态 your best damage option is to use 
苦痛召唤 to leap and Pull into its second part 
破势猛击.
If you want to pressure from range you can use 
驱逐附魔 as it will apply 6 stacks of Torment.
Lastly your elite 
拥抱黑暗 will pulse Torment around you at the cost of losing Energy every second.

元素轰击 is a good source of damage on 传奇巨龙姿态.
Defense
传奇恶魔姿态 has access to a decent Stun Break:

真正本质 on 传奇恶魔姿态 will transfer your conditions to enemies around you.
Most of our active defense comes from 传奇巨龙姿态 abilities.
圣光多面体 → 
圣光灌注 makes all the damage you would take heal you instead for 2 seconds.
黑暗多面体 → 
黑暗凝视 will Stun Break and Blind.- Upkeeping
混沌多面体 will give you Protection.
Your biggest source of active sustain will be 
水晶休眠 as it blocks, Heal and cleanses conditions from yourself at the cost of not being able to move for the full duration.
Facets
Keep up facet skills on 传奇巨龙姿态 when out of combat or when you can afford it to generate boons for you and your allies.
