Key Concepts
Power Antiquary uses Artifacts to jump in and out of fights and bring powerful single target focus. It doesn't lack AoE and node control thanks to artifacts.
Antiquary generates high amounts of Initiative, letting it spam abilities.
Learning artifacts effects is key to play this spec correctly.
Damage
Most artifacts have high damage which is great for us. You generate artifacts with 
斯克鼠横扫 or using 15 Initiative while in combat.
We will bring our focus to some artifacts :
风裔日相水晶 is your fastest burst artifact. Use it right after applying Immobilize with 
渗透暗袭.
塑形者冲刺弹 deals damage behind you. You should aim to use it behind enemies to deal damage with it.
尊者巨锤 is your highest Damage artifact but has a long cast. Use it mostly for damage even tho the sustain is nice.- Use for a short Taunt and to lower the cooldown of your next utility skill, prioritise
渗透纹章. 
召唤氪族炮台 and 
雾灼迫击炮 are great to pressure a node but lose all their value in a spread fight.
The rest of Antiquary damage comes from Sword/Dagger. You can use those skills more than ever as Antiquary with 
卡纳克硬币投掷 and 
进取贵族 generating insane amounts of Initiative. After using an artifact you can use 卡纳克硬币投掷 even though it's on cooldown without triggering the potential backfire.
隐秘突袭 into 
战术打击 is your best damage. It's usually hard to use unless you pair 隐秘突袭 with 渗透纹章.- Go in and out of fights with 渗透暗袭 and
暗影回归. - The most spammable skills are
侧翼打击 into 
侧翼突袭 but should be used carefuly. It's easy to lose all your Initiative on the first part if you do not hit a target with it.
On Short Bow use 
集束炸弹 for decent AoE damage.
斯克鼠乱斗 gives you artifacts while you stand inside of it. It's a huge powerspike of damage or Crowd Control to force a kill.
Defense
You have access to the usual Thief defensive and mobility kit.
Short Bow gives you access to amazing mobility under the form of 
渗透暗箭. You can also use 
致残射击 for some extra Evade.
Your heal, 
紧急撤离, is also an evade.
Lastly your best tool to stay alive is 
暗影疾步 and 
暗影回归 giving you access to 2 Stun Break and some Condition Removal.
