Key Concepts
Power Antiquary uses Artifacts to rotate around fights and bring powerful AoEs Thief usually lacks. It equips Staff to use the high amounts of Initiative it can generate.
Learning artifacts effects is key to play this spec correctly.
Damage
Most artifacts have high damage which is great for us. You generate artifacts with 
斯克鼠横扫 or using 15 Initiative while in combat.
We will bring our focus to some artifacts :
查克虫护盾 is your best artifact. The main effect isn't great but the bonus is 2 weapon skills costing no Initiative. Use it on 
飞天杖舞 as its by far your highest cost and damage.
塑形者冲刺弹 deals damage behind you. You should aim to use it behind enemies to deal damage with it.
尊者巨锤 is a dash with big numbers, which makes it surprisingly good. Use it mostly for damage even tho the sustain is nice.
召唤氪族炮台, 
雾灼迫击炮 and are great to pressure a node but lose all their value in a spread fight.
The rest of Antiquary damage comes from Staff. You can use those skills more than ever as Antiquary with the help of 
卡纳克硬币投掷 and 
进取贵族 generating insane amounts of Initiative.
- 飞天杖舞 is your best damage and is paired with mobility plus Evade. It cost a lot of Initiative so beware not to spam it.
虚弱回旋 is a quick melee ability with good damage but can be hard to use into enemies who will hit you back.
On Short Bow use 
集束炸弹 for decent AoE damage.
You can track how much Initiative you've used in combat with 
彻底翻找 stacks showing on your boon bar.
Defense
You have access to the usual Thief defensive and mobility kit.
Short Bow gives you access to amazing mobility under the form of 
渗透暗箭. You can also use 
致残射击 for some extra Evade.
Your heal, 
紧急撤离, is also an evade. 
先攻翻滚 works exactly the same with some Initiative regeneration on instead.
匕首风暴 is great when stuck in a bad position in teamfights. 3 seconds of Evade with decent damage.
Lastly your best tool to stay alive is 
暗影疾步 and 
暗影回归 giving you access to 2 Stun Break and some Condition Removal.
