Your sustain comes from a combination of and Regeneration. Together, these sources provide ~850 Healing per second for each of your party members.
can be provided by entering . This effect is applied every 3 seconds whilst in and lingers for 10 seconds.
You can provide Regeneration and Healing by sharing Auras to trigger and .
→ is a massive Heal on a low Cooldown. Note that the heal will happen around yourself and does not have a cast time, which means you can cast it during any other skill without interrupting them.
Use whenever you need a big burst Heal, but be careful to not interrupt any Overloads by doing so.
You can use as an on demand long Range Heal. It has quite a low Cooldown, so feel free to use it constantly.
