If your performance is not as good as expected, there are a few things to consider:

万物运动 requires Swiftness and Stability uptime. You will generate some Stability from
施加斥力 and can generate Swiftness from using Blast Finishers in Lightning Fields, but will mostly rely on your boon providers for these boons. If you aren't receiving either this will result in a damage loss.
狙击能手 gain 2% increased damage for every unique Condition on the enemy. The DPS strongly depends on the amount of unique Condition on the enemy, so group composition could significantly impact your damage output.

Step 1: Traits and basic Rotation

Step 2: Improve DPS
To ratchet up the damage, align your Filler Skills to maintain uptime on

Breakbar, Tips & Tricks
Most of your CC is used as Filler-Skills so there is constant Breakbar Damage dealt. In real situation fights you can try to align your Filler-Skills in a way to deal the most CC in Breakbar Phases.
电击护盾 can be used to Block attacks and deal some Damage instead of Dodge to stay in place.
