Always use 
急速正义 off cooldown. This is your highest priority skill!
Use 
复仇符印 2 and 
引燃符印 3 twice before Swapping Weapons. The easiest way to achieve this is by using them right after and before Swapping Weapons.
The first 引燃符印 3 should always be ignited with 
正义呼唤 4 and 
和平制造者 2.
The number of 正义呼唤 4 casts will depend on how many Charges you have when Weapon Swapping to your Pistol Set. If you have two Charges of 正义呼唤 4, you'll be able to use it three times. If you don't have two Charges, you'll only be able to use it two times.
