Five out of six Alacrity applications are on Spear, meaning it's highly effective to stack Boon Duration on Spear and Damage on Greatsword; hence the different stats and sigils on each weapon.
When replacing

超级瘫痪法印), replace Dragon's Gear with Diviner's Gear accordingly.
Using 
超级空气法印 instead of 超级冲击法印 on Greatsword is a very minor dps increase, but should only be used if you can guarantee that its hit won't be blocked / stolen by adds.
Dragon's Gear merely increases your damage by a small amount; you can freely replace it with Diviner's Gear to more easily maintain Alacrity. Additional Dragon's Gear would decrease your damage output.

Piercing Stance Cooldown - Simple Adjustment
锐利姿态 Utility will not always be off Cooldown. On the Greatsword loop simply skip it. On the Spear loop use 耀眼爆发 1 six instead of five times.
Piercing Stance Cooldown - Advanced Adjustment
Use the following adjustments for an optimal rotation in case you don't have a 锐利姿态 Utility charge when swapping to Greatsword: 束缚之刃 5 after 信仰之跃 3 and a single 耀眼爆发 1 after 闪耀旋转 2.
