Dragon Gear merely increases your damage by a small amount; you can freely replace it with Berserker Gear. Additional Dragon Gear would decrease your damage output.
Rotation & Extras
This build relies on Resolution for optimal damage. If no one in your group provides you with Resolution, casting your heal skill while on Longbow will be sufficient to maintain it.

Rotation Notes
F1 applies 巨兽猎杀 to all foes you hit with it. Try to block attacks with Aegis or 
勇气之盾 F3 to reduce its Cooldown through 
防御信条.
Cast 愤怒回旋 2 and 束缚之刃 5 inside a foe's hitbox to ensure that their projectiles connect. 束缚之刃 spawns a projectile per foe in range (up to five).
