Dragon Gear merely increases your damage by a small amount; you can freely replace it with Berserker Gear. Additional Dragon Gear would decrease your damage output.
You can also cast 
净化陷阱 to Blind foes. When necessary, you can replace it with 
愤怒祷词 for a stronger self-heal.
Instead of 
正义之剑, you have these notable options:
圣光裁决 for frequent Defiance Break.
庇护之地 for infrequent Defiance Break.

This build relies on Resolution for optimal damage. If no one in your group provides you with Resolution, casting your heal skill while on Spear will be sufficient to maintain it.

Rotation Notes
F1 applies 巨兽猎杀 to all foes you hit with it. Try to block attacks with Aegis or 
勇气之盾 F3 to reduce its Cooldown through 
防御信条.
Cast 愤怒回旋 2 and 束缚之刃 5 inside a foe's hitbox to ensure that their projectiles connect. 束缚之刃 spawns a projectile per foe in range (up to five).
Hover over a UI element (e.g. skill bar) with your cursor while casting 日光奔袭 2 to stay in place for optimal damage, and avoid Weapon Swap during it as it will incur an aftercast.
