It can provide full uptime on 25 Might, Alacrity, Regeneration, Swiftness, Protection, Vigor, and partial uptime on Fury.
This is a hybrid build meant to replace a heal slot, so adjust Celestial Alacrity Scourge to fit the group's needs. If this is replacing a dps boon support, following the Condition Alacrity Scourge build and swapping the stats to Celestial may be a better fit if your group requires the additional Barrier but already has another support covering the boons aside from Alacrity.

Swap Dagger to Scepter if you do not expect to be in melee distance.
Swap Pistol to Staff for extra ranged Healing and extra access to Stability through
夺魂印记. Note that this will remove all Swiftness from the build unless
痛苦路径 is also taken. Staying on the Dagger set will achieve higher overall dps than swapping to Staff, so weapon swaps can be delayed until needed. This will result in a 10-15% lower dps compared to the default setup.

Similar to Condition Alacrity Scourge, the 2 and 3 weapon skills should be used twice between each Weapon Swap. All other skills can be used off Cooldown around these main weapon skills. Don't worry about using
末日哀嚎 unless it's for Defiance Break.
Fill any remaining gaps with Auto Attacks and Dodge. Complete the Auto Attack Chain from Dagger when possible —
暗蚀撕咬 is one of the main sources of Life Force.
All Shade Skills aside from
邪恶恩惠 can be used off Cooldown but
邪恶恩惠 should only be used when Life Force is in excess.
