Here are the most common utility skills you'll be using.
巨蛇虹吸 for Aegis and additional Regeneration
痛苦路径 for additional Stability and Swiftness
鬼灵缚爪 for Breakbar Damage in the form of a Pull
不死纹章 for a ranged Revive
黄沙膨胀 for a short range portal
腐蚀毒云 to Block Missiles
Dagger can be replaced with Pistol for additional Breakbar Damage. Consider swapping 
饥渴难忍 to 
生命仪式 if you're not using Dagger.
Rotation & Extras
Rotation Concepts
Use 
显形沙影 and 
沙暴帷幕 off Cooldown to maintain Alacrity, high Barrier, 
黄沙贤者 and most of your Protection.
Use 
鲜血力量 and 
致命干燥 off Cooldown to maintain Fury and the bulk of your Might.
Use 
炫耀之柱 off Cooldown to cover the remainder of your Might and Protection through 
午夜国王古物 and 
鲜血输送 respectively.
Cast 
迅捷蝗群 every 30 seconds to maintain Swiftness.
Occasionally Dodge or use 
鲜血印记 to upkeep Regeneration and Vigor.
Swap to Dagger/Warhorn if you're ever short on Life Force as both Dagger Auto Attacks and 迅捷蝗群 are great sources of Life Force.
Healing & Barrier
Sustain
You'll naturally provide Barrier as you're spamming 显形沙影 and 沙暴帷幕, which reduces the damage your allies take significantly.
Additionally, Regeneration provided by Dodging, 鲜血印记 and 
鲜血法池 will consistently Heal allies as well.
Using 
暗蚀撕咬, 
生命虹吸 and 
黑暗契约 will give stacks of 饥渴难忍 to allies providing them with Life Siphon Healing.
Burst
Use 
黄沙瀑布 before a big attack to reduce the damage your party takes.
Use 鲜血法池 and 
凛冬印记 as your primary sources of burst Healing.
Additionally you can use 鲜血印记, 
腐烂印记, 
夺魂印记 and Dodge to trigger 
闪避印记 for smaller burst Heals due to 鲜血输送.
