[&DQgnPjI1PCqbAAAAgAAAAHgWAABvAQAAlQAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA=]Scourge Kite (Qadim the Peerless) is a build used for handling the pylon mechanic in the Qadim the Peerless encounter in Raid Wing 7, the Key of Ahdashim.
The build is based on Condition Scourge with alterations made for survivability, Defiance Break, and mobility at the cost of doing lower damage.

鲜血力量 for a moderate dps loss if you wish to avoid the self-inflicted conditions. In this case, 
蓄意扰乱 should be taken in place of

腐化大师 is a significant damage increase, but this trades out most of your sustain through 
寄生蔓延 and has more potential of self-damage through 鲜血力量. This is not recommended for learning groups as it makes it very difficult to restabilize after certain encounter mechanics are failed.
超级力量法印 on a second torch in the pistol set can increase your overall dps if you don't have a support providing Might for you at the pylon.

Rotation & Extras
Kiting
Activate your Flux Disruptor to allow the pylon to tether to your character and prevent it from being turned hostile by Qadim the Peerless.
Use 
冲锋陷阵, 
重压崩溃, 
恶毒爆冲, and 
炫耀之柱 as needed for Defiance Break on your pylon at the start of each phase.
- For later phases, target the pylon and use your Auto Attack Chain a couple times to trigger your Flesh Golem to run towards the pylon before using 冲锋陷阵. If 冲锋陷阵 is used while the golem is still in the middle of the arena, some or all of the hits may miss.
寄生蔓延 and 
召唤血魔 will passively sustain yourself as long as you can deal damage.
Use 
黄沙膨胀 to catch the Orb launched by Qadim the Peerless, then interact with the portal to return to the pylon.
At 40%/30%, if your pylon is destroyed, move to another pylon and continue damaging Qadim the Peerless with your Flux Disruptor active to continue applying a stack of Erratic Energy. This will increase all incoming damage dealt to Qadim the Peerless.
When Qadim the Peerless rushes towards your pylon to destroy it, Dodge to the side to avoid the lengthy Knockdown. There are no Stun Break skills available in this build, so getting hit by this may lead to Downstate.
Below 20%, stack with the group and continue damaging as normal.
黄沙膨胀 only has a Range of 900 units, which is not enough to teleport completely across the fire pools dropped at 80%/60%.
If there are pools placed in your path to catch the Orb, plan to teleport out slightly sooner and run the rest of the distance. The portal location will need to be placed slightly off to the side of the Orb drop location if a fire has been placed in your area.
Key Concepts
Maintain at least one Shade on Qadim at all times with 
显形沙影.
Do not let 鲜血力量 reach two Charges. Use it following 
沙漠之幕 as 传播瘟疫 will transfer the conditions.
Fill the gaps with Auto Attacks and 重压崩溃.
Use 
邪恶恩惠 and 沙漠之幕 off Cooldown.
If the Entropic Distortion wanders close to your pylon and dies, it should offer a nice top up for your Life Force. This should allow semi-frequent use of 
黄沙瀑布 when additional sustain is needed.
All Shade Skills affect the area around the Scourge as well as any Shade currently manifested.
Loop
痛苦浪潮 only has a Range of 600 units, which is not far enough to hit Qadim the Peerless while standing in the pylon's range. Skip using this skill while you are standing in the pylon circle.
