Rotation Concepts
This build uses 
迷雾涌能, which triggers when invoking a legend while below 10 Energy. This is important in order to have enough resources for your skills.
高层命令 will never line up with your stances and you must adjust your rotation accordingly. A general pointer is to look at the skill's remaining Cooldown when you enter a stance.
If it is ~12 seconds or less, expect to use it in your current stance.
Try to always combine 
壁垒轰炸 and 
桎梏波动 → 
死亡打击 for better burst and more control of your Energy.
You can always cast this combo in 
传奇龙魂使姿态, while in 
传奇刺客姿态 you must delay it if you have to use 高层命令.
Alacrity is provided with 高层命令 in close range around you.
Make sure to position such that your party are all covered, and use this skill off Cooldown with the highest priority.
Avoid Dodging, as it removes Critical Chance from 
残暴冲力. Use 
裂隙结界 or 
无情突击 instead.

Legendary Renegade Stance
If you do not use 高层命令 you will need to take care of the excess Energy. Use one of:
刃爪之怒 while replacing a cast of 
冰冻隔离.
暗刃勇气 if convenient for Defiance Break, replacing one 冰冻隔离.
断魂之峰 for 3 seconds.
Legendary Assassin Stance
If your combo happens early in the stance, you may want to delay 冰冻隔离 until later to maintain stacks of 
潜行者古物.
If you use 高层命令 in this stance, you should skip 壁垒轰炸 and cast 冰冻隔离 twice more.
If you cannot use 桎梏波动 → 死亡打击, replace them with 
附魔匕首 and 无情突击 for the most damage, or 
英勇指挥 for additional Might to allies.
Energy Management
Get familiar with the Energy cost of your skills. Knowing these well is what will allow you to adapt your rotation to 高层命令, as well as when 暗刃勇气 is needed to deal with Breakbars.
You will have a total of 125 Energy in each stance.
