Grant Alacrity to allies around via 
暗影抓攫 while in Shadow Shroud.
Opener
Precast 准备千针万箭 up to five minutes before the fight, as it Recharges while armed. You can instantly reset its Cooldown with Mushroom King's Blessing when practicing.
You can avoid the backwards teleport from 慎重射击 by casting it without a target. In this case, the projectile will simply fire in a straight line in front of you.
Shroud Loop
Add 
虹吸 any time between steps 1 and 3 if it becomes available during Shadow Shroud.
Scepter Loop
Cast 虹吸, 
蜘蛛毒液, 
悲伤法池, and 准备千针万箭 off Cooldown.
Fill extra time with Scepter Auto-Attacks.
Skip the second 慎重射击 → 
无尽黑夜 if you don't have enough Initiative to cast both before 进入暗影帷幕 is available.
Rotation Notes
- Cast Venoms after the boon strip at the start of combat, and never cast them without allies nearby (except when practicing).
- Try not to delay 进入暗影帷幕, even if other, high-value skills are off Cooldown.
- 无尽黑夜 is a channeled skill, and can be interrupted by any other skill cast. Make sure all 7 hits connect.
- You can cast 慎重射击 → 无尽黑夜 combos back-to-back with no interruptions by press-holding the skill key.
- 虹吸, 进入暗影帷幕, and
离开暗影帷幕 can interrupt other skill casts. - You can select a Shrouded Ally before the fight by casting 虹吸 on an ally. This ally will receive the beneficial effects of Shadow Shroud even while away from the group (up to 1200 Range). Otherwise, only cast 虹吸 on enemies.
