Key Concepts
Power Evoker is a strong Ranged Damage dealer that uses AoEs to generate Downs and cleave them. We will mostly be looking to overload the enemy supporting tools with our high Damage output, even if some of these Damage won't lead to Down generation.
Spear brings the Etching mechanic. Pressing 5 in any Attunement will create an AoE at our location which gives us access to a new skill 5. We can empower it for a much stronger impact by using three skills in the initial AoE. Our whole rotation will aim to complete Etchings, except in
流水协调.
雷霆震击 is a targeted instant cast that will help us complete Etchings quicker while dealing extra Damage.
复苏回春 grants the ability to fully charge it instantly.
Specializing in
雷霆震击 will also grant us extra Ferocity, aswell as the useful ability to swap to Air Attunement without any Cooldown!
Always start on your
超级嗜血法印 weapon set. Once you reach 25 stacks, swap to your other weapon set.
Dealing Damage
Spear's rotation is pretty straightforward. Rotate through Attunements in a defined order. The goal will be to time and aim all the AoEs wisely to generate the maximal amount of pressure and Downs while respecting the rotation order. It is mendatory to try to hit the same enemies as the rest of your squad, as they will also Damage them and remove their defensive buffs such as Protection.
火焰协调 and
空气协调 are our most bursty Attunements. We will aim to stay attuned to them for a little longer as some of their skills are worth using multiple times, such as
炙热弹幕,
飞火流星 and
灿若繁星. Holding some Attunements will allow us to delay the Cooldowns of our Etchings as they are much longer those of our Attunements.
大地协调 grants substantial extra Damage that you can rotate through, while
流水协调 will buy us a few extra seconds to wait for other Cooldowns, bringing a decent Crowd Control, minor Damage and mobility.
Fire Attunement
炙热弹幕 is a short Cooldown skill with high Damage. We will aim to use it at least twice per loop.
怒火沸腾 is a quick cast granting a Damage increase to your next Spear skill. We will always use it before
飞火流星.
飞火流星 is the biggest Damage skill in our kit. In order to optimize our rotation, it is crucial to pair all our Damage modifiers and buffs with this skill. Thanks to
秘法回音, we can use this skill two times in our main burst rotation.
蚀刻:火山爆发 is the Etching in this Attunement. Use three skills in its initial AoE to unlock
火山爆发, which deals massive pulsing Damage in a large Radius.
Water Attunement
寒冰光束 is decent targetted Damage, hitting enemies in the beam path. It is pretty much the only damaging skill of this Attunement.
暗流涌动 is a really strong Pull that also inflicts Slow. This skill is really convenient to catch enemy players out of their main stack.
Air Attunement
灿若繁星 brings an unique effect similar to a damaging condition, but that cannot be Cleansed. It deals high Damage compared to its relatively low Cooldown. Aim to use that skill twice later in the rotation to wait for our other main Cooldowns.
养精蓄锐 is an instant cast ensuring our next Spear skill to be a Critical Hit. Its active effect doesn't really matter as we should reach maximal Critical Chance with all our buffs, but we will still use this skill to complete
蚀刻:对流风暴 faster.
龙卷残云 works just as its
流水协调 equivalent. It is a strong Crowd Control that can be used to isolate players from their squad.
蚀刻:对流风暴 is the Etching in this Attunement. Aim to use three skills in its initial AoE to unlock
对流风暴, which summons a massive wave Damaging and Dazing enemies in a large Radius in its path.
Earth Attunement
大地之矛 launches a projectile dealing decent Damage. Only use this skill to try to hit people out of Reflect Projectiles effects.
麻木不仁 is an instant cast granting yourself Barrier and inflicting Daze on your next hit. It cannot be cast at the same time as another skill as it has a distinct animation, but it is a good way to complete
蚀刻:哈布沙暴 quickly.
裂地沟壑 inflicts heavy Damage in an AoE, making it our main source of burst Damage in
大地协调 outside of
哈布沙暴.
蚀刻:哈布沙暴 is the Etching in this Attunement. Aim to use three skills in its initial AoE to unlock
哈布沙暴, which summons a massive wave Damaging and Blinding enemies in a large Radius in its path.
Always start in
空气协调, with its access to both Damage and Crowd Control to start controlling the fight early on using our high Range. This allows us to keep
火焰协调 as our next swap to line it up nicely with the Well of Corruption Spike from our squad. We will instantly follow up with
炽焰巨剑 to keep dealing massive Damage with the rest of our allies.
Next, swap to
大地协调 where we can still keep damaging while waiting for our Etchings in
空气协调 and
火焰协调 to come back off Cooldown.
We will systematically aim to use
秘法回音 with our strongest
火焰协调 skills, namely
飞火流星 or
炙热弹幕 if the previous one is on Cooldown.
Burst Rotation
Due to your high Range, you should be able to follow the main idea of the rotation quite easily, but remember you might have to adapt some of your actions due to the volatility of zerg fights.
Always use
雷霆震击 on Cooldown.
空气协调
火焰协调
大地协调
流水协调
空气协调 and start your rotation again.
Rotation Notes
After your first burst rotation, you won't have access to
大地协调 for a while. That means you will have to stay a bit more in
空气协调 and
火焰协调 for our Etchings to come back off Cooldowns.
In order to achieve that smoothly, we will be using
灿若繁星 earlier in our
空气协调 rotation and wait for its Cooldown for a second cast, as being stuck in another Attunement with no proper skills to use will heavily lower our DPS. The same should be done with
炙热弹幕 in
火焰协调, where we can hold swapping Attunement for another cast.
Remember that you can complete Etchings using skills outside of your Spear like
秘法绚爆,
风暴雕文 and even your Auto Attack Chains !
Defense
Outside of its natural Range granting it some safety,
微动涟漪 is the only defensive tool this build have. It is a strong gap closer, Evade and Condition Removal source, so make sure you use it properly.
Power Evoker being pretty much defenseless outside of
流水协调, use your Dodges and position yourself wisely.
