毁灭利刃 can be replaced with :

灵刃新生 for self Distortion and Blade generation.

闪光传送 only for cloud or havoc fight setups.
闪避古物 can be used if you have an insufficient Vigor uptime.

Key Concepts
Power Virtuoso relies on Bladesongs, which are ranged Shatters to deal high burst Damage and Remove Boons to weaken enemies.
Virtuoso loses access to Clones to gain Blades instead. They cannot serve as a distraction or target for enemies, but they cannot be lost in and out of combat.
Spear, and more specifically 
间隙危机, will support our offensive Ranged playstyle by covering our melee spikes and providing high Cleave Damage.
Dealing Damage
Bladesongs
Always cast 
和谐咏刃 with five Blades. Try to synchronize this skill with your allies Cooldowns, namely Well of Corruption Spike and Ghastly Breach squad timings. You should also always aim to hit five enemies as this skill Pierces.
In order to always hit this skill, make sure you have the 
灵能回应 active by Dodging. This causes your next Bladesongs to be Unblockable.
Cast 
悲伤咏刃 with as many Blades as possible when 和谐咏刃 is on Cooldown.
Blade Generation
Outside of our weapons Blades generation, it is important to keep in mind how our Virtuoso traits work as they are providing most of the Blades required for a proper 和谐咏刃 usage.
灵能回应 will be our main Blades source. We can gain Blades by doing the following:
- Dodge to gain one Blade
- Evading or Blocking attacks will grant you two additional Blades.
Keep in mind that 
旋刃和声 will grant you Aegis whenever you use a Bladesongs.
Greatsword Usage
Greatsword gives us access to a lot of Ranged Damage:
幻影狂战 and 
镜像飞刃 should be used together with our Bladesongs to burst enemies at Range. They respectively generate one and two Blades so they are also mendatory to use almost off Cooldown.
心灵穿刺 is a decent burst skill from Range to use when our other skills are already on Cooldown.
Spear Usage
On Spear, maximize the usage of 间隙危机 while trying to avoid going Down while in melee. Aim to hit this skill with the outer edge of the AoE for its additional effects.
Using Distortion while doing your main combo on this weapon set is really adviced in large scale.
The basic Damage rotation for Spear is the following:
The first step can be skipped if you are not in melee already and want to gap close. Keep in mind to end up in a safe location to avoid getting Downed.
In order to maximize Clarity value, it is important to chain 间隙危机 → 
幻影长矛. It deals a lot of extra Damage as well as Immobilize.
Rotation Notes
Use your 
时间扭曲 and 毁灭利刃 to strengthen your burst on Greatsword.
Use 
幻光纹章 to refresh half the Cooldown of 幻影狂战.
Try to get as much value as possible from 
超级能量法印 by using Weapon Swap frequently.
Defense
Use 
失真咏刃 for Invulnerability, with the duration based on the amount of Blades used.
强力突破 will be our main Stun Break and an additional small source of Stability.
虚拟反转 can be used purely for its Evade. It will also Cleanse and Heal yourself.
幻象纹章 should be used right after you used your Bladesong Distortion in order to stay safe from spike damage or Crowd Control.
If slotted, 灵刃新生 is a really nice panic button making you Invulnerable to all attacks.
