The 
生命幻象 slot is meant to be flexible, but keep in mind your squad will always need a couple of it :
暗影遮罩 might be asked by your Commander. Make sure to drop it on his call, and if there is none just drop it before an important push to hide the squad movement.
魂守传说 in the rare cases both of the previous utility skills are not needed to provide strong extra boons to your party.
As for your elite skill, you have a few options :
时间扭曲 for extra Quickness uptime in your party.
群体隐形 has a niche in havoc contexts to Stealth 10 players. It is heavily injudicious by default unless your Commander wishes to Stealth the entire squad for a longer duration than 暗影遮罩.
幻象回复 can be picked if your party already has another Primary Support but no Secondary Support in order to cover the lack of Heal and Cleanse.
迷幻大师 can be used if you do not need the extra Notes generation.
Focus over Shield to Pull players out of their stack to kill them efficiently.
If you have any specilization of Support Guardian in your party, consider swapping your relic with 
僧侣古物 or 
解毒古物 to increase your Heal or Condition Cleanses.
Rotation & Extras
Key Concepts
Support Troubadour revolves around Notes to provide strong boons, utility and Heals to its party and squad. Notes are replacing Clones; they cannot serve as a distraction or target for enemies, but they cannot be lost in and out of combat.
Support Troubadour is mostly used as a Primary Support to provide Stability, the most important boon in WvW large scale. It also applies constantly a wide variety of boons with Notes in order to buff the squad and make sure it is kept strong after receiving the enemy incoming Boon Removal.
音浪渐强 is your most important ability. Use it wisely and aim to refresh its Cooldown as much as possible using your other Shatter skills.
Rifle will further improve our supportive playstyle and grant us the ability to assist players away from the squad : make a proper use of it and always look out for your allies.
Boons and Supporting Allies
Primary Support Boons
This build is aiming to frequently apply Stability, Quickness and Resistance. Your goal is to give these strong boons to your party on the main moves.
Stability
- The main source is
强力突破 from 
专注咒语. Try to use a Charge every time your squad pushes into potential range of Crowd Control. - 音浪渐强 gives a few stacks too : we will aim to use it on our main call.
侠盗传说 is another filler stab to help you cover your rotation efficiently.
Quickness
- This boon will mostly be applied through 音浪渐强 use. If you are playing 时间扭曲, make sure to place it on the main call from the Commander.
Resistance
- The majority of this boon comes from
和谐竖琴 due to 
精神防御. 
奇点射击 is also a really interesting source of Resistance, thanks to its Range.
Other Boons
This build provides almost every other available boon to support your party and squad. You should try to apply these boons as much as possible so they get removed over the more important boons by the enemy squad, but also so you reapply them as fast as possible after the removal.
- Swiftness will be partly covered by
菲勃古物 when pressing 
恢复咒语 and its Charges. F1—F3Shatters once again help us by providing Might, Vigor, Protection and Fury. These skills are really important to press off Cooldown. Try to prioritise using your Notes for
惑心长笛 since the Protection duration scales off the amount of Notes consumed.
鼓舞成像 and 
跋山涉水 from your Rifle grant a fair amount of Might, Fury, and some Regeneration from Range.- You can generate Notes with weapon skills, such as 跋山涉水,
幻影狙击 and 
幻象跳跃 in order to strengthen your Shatters.
Always use your Shatters with at least one Note to trigger 
变调和弦 and reduce 音浪渐强 Cooldown.
Example Rotation
This will be your global gameplan for your main boons to be applied, but bear in mind all the other skills that aren't mentioned here should be used off Cooldown to fill the downtime in your rotation!
- Precast 专注咒语 right before the clash.
- Use the first Charge of 强力突破 when you are getting close to the enemies.
- Get ready to support your allies with your Rifle skills untill the
腐化法池 call.
Once the 腐化法池 call drops:

尊后传说 or 时间扭曲 depending on your choice.- Start using Shatters
F1—F3everytime you get at least one Note. - 侠盗传说 when your Stability is about to run out.
From now on, you should always keep rotating your Stability with the 3 mentionned different sources : avoid overlaping their use unless an ally needs a crucial reapplication.
By following this rotation you will ensure your subgroup stays safe by receiving Stability, which is your main job as a Primary Support. Do not forget to give all the other boons in between moves.
Supporting Allies
Most of your Healing will come from Rifle, 恢复咒语 and Shatters.
Mantras Heal with 
咒语回复. You can use and charge mantras to Heal allies if you run some of them, but try keeping them for their primary usage if possible.
Reactivating 鼓舞成像 → 
成像分离 will grant a large Healing burst instead of providing boons. It will also give Chaos Aura to the healed allies. You can double tap this skill whenever your party needs instant Healing rather than boons.
奇点射击 grants Barrier and Resistance to allies. It can be reactivated to open a portal from its location, at the cost of an increased Cooldown.
跋山涉水 will Heal for a decent amount and should be used off Cooldown on the areas of your squad that need assistance.
If you are playing in a scuffed party setup and you need this trait, remember 幻象回复 will Heal for each Note you consume, but also Remove Condition.
活跃琵琶, 和谐竖琴 and 音浪渐强 also largely support allies now with Heal and Barrier.
Try pairing any of the aforementioned skills with 
次子传说, as it will increase your following Heals and generate important bursts.
Supporting allies also goes by protecting them with your high Toughness, Vitality and mitigation tools. Always stand near your Commander at the front line of your squad.
恍惚狂热 and 
回忆幻像 should be used to soak as much Damage and pressure as possible for your whole squad.
尊后传说 is a crucial elite skill granting a short party-wide Distortion and Chaos Aura. It can be really powerful but comes with a really long Cooldown and can be wasted easily, so mind using it properly to soak an enemy important move.
