藐视姿态 if you need a really strong immunity to all Damage at the cost of

牦牛纹章 can be swapped to 
平衡姿态 in order to have a stronger main defensive Cooldown due to its pulsing Stability and immunity to Critical Hits.
斧系专精 can be considered if your playstyle shifts more around bursting and cleaving with your Sword / Axe set than doing Ranged Damage with Spear.

Power Warrior is a powerful Damage dealer that brings one of the single most broken abilities to WvW - .
This build relies on strong Ranged Spikes and melee single hit spikes to generate kills with the help of Spear, Burst Skills and 纹章专精.
Dealing Damage
Precasting Buff
You can precast 25 seconds prior to engage. Always cast your signet skills off Cooldown out of combat in order to get five stacks of 纹章专精. You gain +500 Ferocity for a minute before the fight even starts.
Start fights on Spear and instantly start looking out for a potential Ranged Spike and wait for your Commander to call for it.
If your squad has poor Ranged options, it is advised to wait for the Well of Corruption Spike to use all your Cooldowns, in order to not waste

威能纹章. Including these skills in your Range spike will weaken your impact on the main call, but can be beneficial to generate Downs early on.
Ranged Spike
For a smaller ranged spike, only use:
Remember 
怒气纹章 and 威能纹章 should be kept for the Well of Corruption Spike if your squad doesn't have many Ranged options, as your spike will most likely not generate Downs alone and therefore be wasted.
Well of Corruption Spike
Start on Spear for the Well of Corruption Spike. Your full burst rotation should be as follows:
Swap back to Spear as soon as possible and try to keep sustained Damage up by using 
重伤之矛 off Cooldown. Time and aim 
鹞鹰投掷 smartly to generate Downs.
Wait for your 怒气纹章 and 威能纹章 to be back off Cooldown and repeat the process as shown in the Well of Corruption Spike.
Keep in mind your Sword / Axe set should be used to quickly finish Downs in melee while Spear usually aims to generate them right before the push.
After your burst on the main calls, try to look for an opportunity to the Downed players, as it can quickly end the fight in your favor confirming multiple kills.
Rotation Notes
Both burst rotations share the use of 怒气纹章. Try to not Range Spike with it if you know the Well of Corruption Spike is going to be called before your Cooldown comes back.
If you are unable to stay in melee for your Axe burst timing, it is fine to camp Spear and simply cycle the really strong, short Cooldowns such as 重伤之矛 and 鹞鹰投掷. You can simply wait for a better opportunity to go melee.
Defense
治疗纹章 should be used in order to get rid of impairing conditions thanks to Resistance, aswell as keeping you healthy. Bear in mind it provides 纹章专精 which will also provide you a Damage buff.
牦牛纹章 is our only Stun Break and also prevent next applications of Crowd Control with Stability. It is our main defensive Cooldown to look at.
长矛猛击 is an Evade and a slight Self-Knockback. It should be used to buy yourself time to survive or to quickly avoid frontal Damage.
This build barely has any defensive capabilities so keep in mind to use your Dodge smartly and position yourself in order to not die. Use your Spear and abuse its Ranged Damage to stay safe.
