"重整旗鼓！" : it is a Stun Break that also Removes Conditions from you and allies.
Tactics Trait Line:
士兵安慰 for additional Protection and Healing at the cost of Fury and Resistance.
重振旗鼓 for extra Condition cleanses at the expense of Might.
Paragon Trait Line:
镇定之语 if you need additional Condition Cleanses.
声音混响 to grant extra boons on your Command utility skills : only run this trait if you do not need the extra Adrenaline from

Rotation & Extras
Key Concepts
Support Paragon is a Tertiary Support with wide access to boons and excellent reapplication of Protection, Might and Resistance.
We get access to new Burst Skills named Chants that will be tied to an additional ressource : motivation. We can generate motivation using weapon Burst Skills, aswell as any Chant skill.
Once a Chant is pressed, it will grant us a passive buff called Refrain. This effect will periodically use our motivation to grant boons to allies around. We will aim to upkeep high motivation in order to constantly pulse strong boons. For instance, 
自由吟唱 will grant us Protection if our motivation is at 7 or above, so we will aim generating motivation for some time while its Refrain is active, untill we feel the need to press another Chant skill.
Boons and Supporting Allies
Boon Application
Paragon doesn't have a specific rotation set in stone as your skill usage heavily depends on your ability to generate Adrenaline and trigger effects such as 
凝聚专注. We will mostly try to cast as many skills as they get off Cooldown to grant various boons and assist our allies.
As a Paragon filling the Tertiary Support role, you will aim to help your squad granting Stability, Resistance, Protection, Quickness and Might. It is important to optimize your skill usage in order to generate as many boons as possible, as well as reapplying them after taking Boon Removal effects from your opponents.
- Stability :
战术旗帜 is our main source of Stability in this build. Your goal is to help your Primary Support upkeeping Stability uptime for your sub-group to be safe from Crowd Controls. It is also interesting to use it to help allies caught far from the squad as it Break Stuns from them and grant Superspeed on the initial pulse.
Note that 自由吟唱 will also grant a stack of Stability, but you shouldn't count on it too much as its impact is quite low due to its short duration.
- Resistance :
战术旗帜 is a crucial skill as it will keep pulsing Resistance after its initial impact. If possible, try to predict where your squad will stand so your allies keep getting this powerful boon reapplied passively.
"永不放弃！" is another solid source of Resistance for your sub-group : try to use this skill as much as possible whenever it gets off Cooldown, unless you really need its Stun Break effect.
Thanks to 
军号怒吼, 
勇气召唤 will also grant a good amount of Resistance to your allies.
- Protection :
Upkeeping 自由吟唱 will greatly help with Protection uptime. You should try to be above 7 stacks of motivation everytime you use this chant to keep applying its maximal effect while it is up.
链接破碎者 also grants Protection aswell as the Unblockable Effect to your allies. It is ideal to use on the first clash to make sure your allies take Damage.
- Quickness :
冲锋陷阵 should be used regularly on your offensive moves to buff allies, as it also remove any impairing condition from them such as Immobilize.
狂热节奏 is our main source of Quickness : it is important to keep rotation between your Chants frequently to keep reapplying it.
- Might :
英勇飞跃 and 
行动吟唱 are your main Might sources and should be used off Cooldown.
Tactics Trait Line will naturally help with your Might output thanks to 
强化盟友 and 
方阵力量.
Supporting Allies
Outside of its massive boon generation, Paragon can decently help the Secondary Support keeping the squad healthy thanks to its Staff and class kit.
It is also important to use wisely : its ability to revive and finish Downed players can heavily contribute to the outcome of a fight. Let's break down our different supporting sources :
- Heal :
胜利之路, 英勇飞跃, 链接破碎者 and 
蔑视吼叫 from Staff all greatly help resustaining allies on important timings. Use these skills when enemies pressure your own squad to capitalize on these different Healing sources.
康复吟唱 pulsing effect will also periodically Heal for a small amount allies around you.
- Barrier :
康复吟唱 and 冲锋陷阵 will grant Barrier around you. Try to use these skills right before receiving Damage bursts, as it will artificially raise your maximum health pool, resulting in being able to take more hits and potentially saving you from going Down.
防御旗帜 first pulse will also grant Barrier on the aimed area : it is a great tool to help your allies out of the Range of your other skills.
- Condition Removal :
As mentionned previously, your Warhorn can help you dealing with conditions, but they are your only source of Condition Cleanse. Do not hesitate swapping to 镇定之语 if your squad or sub-group requires more Condition Removal.
Skill Usage Notes
Chants should be used almost on Cooldown to keep triggering 狂热节奏. Though, it is adviced to stay on 自由吟唱 for a while in order to keep granting strong boons to your squad. Try to also keep your fourth and fifth weapon skills for that timing as they grant the motivation you need to upkeep 自由吟唱's Refrain.
