Power Mechanist

Power Mechanist is a simple Open World build that combines the burst from Sword and defense from Shield, making it beginner-friendly and efficient with plenty of Crowd Control.

整流纹章 can be replaced when needed:

治疗炮台 provides a moderate Heal, Regeneration and Condition Removal
医疗包 provides a large amount of utility through Healing, Condition Removal, Swiftness, Vigor and Regeneration.

屏障纹章 pulses Barrier and Blocks Projectiles
U型试剂 is a Stun Break that grants Quickness, Stability and Vigor
C型试剂 for enormous Condition Removal
S型试剂 is a Stun Break and you are Invulnerable for three seconds

Equipment Notes

Feel free to run the same equipment as the raid build for Power Mechanist and the following traits if you already have Alacrity covered.

Rifle can be taken to provide more Ranged Damage.

Hammer can be taken instead of Pistol off hand if you have access to Secrets of the Obscure (SotO).

Hammer offers slightly lower Damage and reduce utility. You provide similar levels of Defiance Break as with the other set.

Relic Notes

can be replaced when needed:

Janthir Wilds Relics:

for 7% Damage after using Defiance Break.
turns your elite skill into a powerful panic button.
grants you Alacrity and Regeneration when you Dodge.

Secrets of the Obscure Relics:

converts Critical Strikes into Healing.
grants your elite skill an additional Pull and Reflect.
provides increased Movement Speed and Superspeed when entering combat.
to share Fury and Might frequently with nearby allies.

Core Game Relics:

flat 10% Damage to enemies under 50% Health
is an easy to maintain Damage buff.
grants Condition Removal when you use your Heal skill.
grants you Aegis, Quickness, Swiftness, Resistance and Might when you hit an enemy with your mount engage skill. (Hint: the Skyscale engage skill will leave a pulsing field that will give boons on every strike!).

Key Concepts

Your Mech is a tank and you should use it as such. Hide behind it and nuke down mobs.

Make sure to use Attack My Target / Return to Me to help position your Mech better.

Stay close to your Mech to not suffer the Cooldown from 机械天才.

Dealing Damge

Make sure to use the following big Damage skills off Cooldown:

Your Auto Chain, due to 闪光马刀, reduces the Cooldown of your other Sword skills.

If you can, pair 破片手雷 with 毒气手雷 → 冰冻手雷

Use 手雷包 to tag mobs to make sure you steal all the precious loot.

There are a few traits you need to know about to maximise your Damage:

钢片炸药 causes your 手雷包 skills to inflict Vulnerability.
优质枪械 provides you with 15% additional Critical Chance if you are within the Range threshold. Pay attention!
流血追击 provides you with 15% additional Critical Chance against Bleeding enemies.
弹药改装 increases Damage based on the number of conditions on your target. 手雷包 has many useful conditions tucked away insided
