Key Concepts
D/P Daredevil is amazing at creating 2v1s to help your duelists but it is also able to heavily pressure single targets in bigger fights, especially supports.
It heavily relies on Stealth for survivability and damage because of 
背刺.
Using 
钻心 inside of 
火药喷射 is your main way to Stealth.
Damage
Your main way to deal damage is 背刺 which you get access to while Stealthed. Use 
顺手牵羊 with it to reach your target.
Your Dagger/Pistol set brings ways to finish target after hitting 背刺.
- 钻心 a small leap with Damage scaling off of how low your target is. Never use it unless they're below 50% health.
暗影投射 is a ranged ability which will teleport you to the target on hit. It additionally Blinds and deal high Damage.
爆头射击 is a very quick ranged Daze. It should only be used to interrupt your target healing skill or movement abilities.- 火药喷射 is usually only used for Stealth. You can use it on a Downed ally to Revive them.
Short Bow brings a lot of AoE Damage.
集束炸弹 brings pure AoE Damage, you can use it again, 
引爆集束炸弹, during it's travel time to blow it and deal the damage at another point than where you aimed.
窒息瓦斯 is an AoE Unblockable Daze, best used on Downed enemies.
Defense
暗影疾步 is one of the very best defensive utility in the game. It will allow you to teleport over large distances while being a Stun Break. It even gives you a second activation which will port you back the same distance, Stun Break and cleanse 3 conditions.
Your heal 
紧急撤离 will cleanse conditions and offer a dodge backward. It can be used for mobility by doing a quick turn with about face. Same goes for 
先攻翻滚 except instead of heal and cleanses it will give you back some Initiative.
致盲药粉 provides another Stun Break and Stealth.
Class Specific
As Thief you can be expected to roam a lot and decap enemy nodes. Use 
渗透暗箭 and 
神行无阻 to move around out of combat and re-engage with 顺手牵羊.
